Valentin farms his 2 Ha of biodynamic vineyards in NW Burgundy alongside being the caretaker of his parents farm. La Soeur Cadette is a negociant project he started in 2016.
This predominant Chardonnay comes from 45 year old vines from northern Mâconnais. Spontaneously fermented in stainless tanks for 7 months and then bottled unfiltered. It is crunchy, crisp and fresh. Think green apples, lemon peel, pithy fruit and white orchard fruit.
As a licensed restaurant, by Ontario liquor law we are required to sell you a single food item if you purchase alcohol.
If you do not specify which food item you'd like your order will come with a bag of Miss Vickies Original chips. They're super tasty :)
