A co-ferment of 40 different red and white grapes from vines as old as 100 years farmed biodynamically. Natural winemaking and aged for 18 months in stainless steel. 15 day long fermentation allows all of the different grapes to merry. This wine is infinitely quaffable and an absolute gem out of the lesser known wine region of Dão.
