Hand harvested bunches from guyout trained vines that are over 25 years old. Fermented in tanks for 8 months. Barbera is always a fun grape to have in your cellar, plush red and black cherry underpinned by plums and warm spices. Fun acid with subtle tannins that make a smooth drinker.
Amalia winery in located in Montforte in northern Italy, founded in 2003 by the Boffa family. Organically managed 7 Ha that aim to express the terroir.
