This wine is the result of the winemaker, Pieter Walser, being hooked up to a computer that monitored his subconcious reactions to all of his individual batches to create a blended wine that is completely unbiased and based solely on his subconcious preferences. A true mad science experiment of a wine and just so happens to also be FANSTASTIC! grapes: Verdelho, Palomino, Riesling, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Marsanne, Rousanne Chenin Blanc
