Founded in 1707, the family owned Zarate estate is located in Rias Baixas' lauded Val do Salinas subregion. More peach on the nose than most Rias Baixas we've tried, yet the palate is unmistakabley classic albariño. Tart, saline palate makes in the perfect accompaniment to fresh oysters and seafood!
