100% Somsó (Carinyena) grapes. Balsamic notes, black pepper and bay leaf predominate in the mouth. Aging gives it aromas of candied fruit, black licorice and leather. 70-80 year old vines. 18 months in polyethylene. Unfined & unfiltered.
