Charlotte Dalton is consistently winning accolades for her forward-thinking, low-intervention wines and we are so happy to finally have them in shop! This is a whip-smart and impressionable cool-climate Shiraz, so vibrant, juicy & textured, a perfect example of that elusive blue-green fruit; tart, black Italian plums, sour cherries, crackling black pepper, blueberries plucked from the bush, foraged herbs from the farmers market, branches clung to an inconveniently placed pocket, luscious tannins with an alluring lightness from the slightly lower ABV. Drink in the park during unseasonably warm weather that you just can’t help but be grateful for.
