A soft textured organic French malbec. 'Juveniles' is their first wine. It is vinifed without sulphur so as not to mask its fruit and silky tannins. A straightforward, fresh and smooth wine! Spontaneous fermentation in tank for 30 days, 8 months of maturation in concrete tank. 100% malbec from 15-30 year old vines.
