100% Macabeau (synonym for viura) grown across a small 3 hectare plot from 30-40 year old vines (their two youngest vineyards) in clay limestone mized with galets roules (rounded river rocks). Pressed directly. Aged for 10 months in 2000L foudre barrels. Unfined & unfiltered. Bottled by gravity in accourdance with the phase of the moon.
