Diego organically farms 7.5Hectares in Montforte d'Alba focusing on wines that bring texture, structure and complexity. The Baluma is 100% nebbiolo and is aged for six months in oak to bring in that great texture and structure. Notes of fresh roses, a strawberry bouquet, some subtle spiciness from the tannins that are wrapped in Italian herbs. Perfect for a midweek sip!
