100% Cararratto grapes, this rufulia, Sicilian for "a gust of wine", is bottled unfiltered and unfined. On the nose, fresh bread, citrus and tropical fruits. This wine drinks much like a light sour beer and therefore is perfect on a hot day and as an apertif before a meal!
