Christelle and Matthieu Caron are the two brains behind Domaine La Grangette. They elaborate wines under the Picpoul de Pinet appellation. This designation is used within the Languedoc for white wines made from the variety Piquepoul Blanc. Nestled between the pine forest and the Mediterranean Sea, Christelle and Matthieu apply sustainable practices in their vineyards and other crops. The sea-scented breeze imbues the wine with salinity, resulting in a fresh, floral and citrusy wine, with aromas of lemon zest and tangerine. Crisp, pure and extremely refreshing, this wine is made to be enjoyed young and sipped on its own all summer long. It pairs nicely with grilled octopus or ceviche!
