Apricot - Anise - Wild Herbs
Adèle is mostly Clairette, aided by Marsanne. This wine goes through wild fermentation in cement and spends eight months on the lees before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Subtle with delicate notes of orchard fruit, apricot, anise, wild herbs and hay. A refreshing finish makes it incredibly thirst-quenching.
