Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvédre A classical pale pink color. The wine reveals strawberry, cherry and raspberry accented by subtle herbaceous notes and classic watermelon. The wine is full bodied with a long finish due to the phenolic development. Traditional saignée method with fermentation at a low temperature. The wine is then bottled quickly to preserve its freshness and fruit.
