An enticing blend of Barbera and Bonarda grapes, this natural wine is matured in steel tanks, and retains freshness, and a lively fruit-forward nose and palate ofjuicy sweet and sour cherries, and hints of spice. La Stoppa is an organic, low intervention sustainable winery. Since the mid-90s, Elena Pantaleoni has been the producer. She allows the character of the soils, and the low yields of the old vines to create unqiue, character-driven wines.
