One of the first Austrian winemakers to convert to biodynamic vineyard practices, Fred Loimer is still leading the pack with low intervention winemaking. This pet nat is overflowing with canteloupe, ginger beer, tart green apple, and a bit of an edge like the crust of sourdough bread. It's aromatic, slightly funky, and has a great effervescence.
