This field blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Nascetta (an indigenous, heirloom variety of the Langhe) is absolutely enticing. Crunchy, dry, done in stainless steel after having been organically farmed and sustainably certified. Fragrant and elegant, refreshing and flinty offering a long salty, floral finish. So tasty!
