Made form 100% Nero d'Avola this biodynamically farmed, and wild fermented, wine expresses a fresh flavour profile of tart red and dark fruits, violets, mineral and a subtle salinity. The bright acidity, soft tannin and persistent length allows this wine to be enjoyed on its own or with a meal.
