Dark Fruit - Cola - Velvety
Nero d'Avola can often be a deep and dark wine however this is made in a much lighter juicier style than you might expect. Fermented in stainless steel with no filttering or fining. This wine is from organic vineyards in Western Sicily, not far from Marsala. Great wine with pizza and pasta as well as a night cap after dinner!
