At his self-named winery, he preserves the region’s winemaking traditions and native varieties with light-bodied, refined, site-specific wines from ancient vineyards. A blend made with three traditional varieties from the coastal area of the Itata valley, Semillon, Corinto (aka Chasselas), Moscatel Manual harvest 100 year old vines Granite soils Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts Aged in stainless steel (80%) and oak barrels (20%) Unfiltered Small amount of sulfites added at bottling
