From a certified organic, and former biodynamic advocate, winery comes a fresh, bright and mineral laced Sauvignon Blanc. Expect notes of pineapple, papaya, wet stones and flecks of gooseberry with bright acidity and a clean finish. Tawse Winery has been named Canadian Winery of the Year in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2016.
