This traditional method sparkling wine is made from a base of three the winery's single vineyard wines, Quarry Road Chardonnay, Laundry Vineyard Pinot Noir and Hillside Vineyard Pinot Gris. This wine spends 12 months on its lees with notes of pie crust, green apple and citrus. Tawse Winery has been named Canadian Winery of the Year in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2016.
