Tawse's first release of Canadian Whisky is a blend of Canadian grains, expertly blended then aged 3 years in American oak. The Whisky was then put into to our Pinot Noir barrels and aged a further 15 months. This long aging process in two types of oak enhanced flavours, aromas and colours, resulting in a Whisky with toasted oak, vanilla and Creme Brulee notes.
As a licensed restaurant, by Ontario liquor law we are required to sell you a single food item if you purchase alcohol.
If you do not specify which food item you'd like your order will come with a bag of Miss Vickies Original chips. They're super tasty :)
