70% Xinomavro (fermented without it's skins) 30 % Malagousia The Thymiopoulos have been growing grapes for generations. On the estate, everything is done according to the precepts of biodynamics. Bringing together the malagousia and xinomavro varieties, this white is a real bouquet of flowers. Charming, inviting, its profile also features honeydew melon, green apple and mint. Bring on the spring rolls!
