Brought to the Canary Islands in the 18th century by Andalusian conquers, Listan Bianco de Canarias is being revived by fourth generation winemaker Juan Jesus. Grown at an altitude of 500 metres in the hills surrounding Tenerife, it's a wine with vibrant acidity, volcanic minerality, and aromas of fennel, dried fruit, and fig leaf. On the palate it offers a compelling blend of herbaceousness, citrus, and saline.
