Waris et Filles' Champagne Rosé de Saignée is made from 100% Pinot Noir from the village of Avize. It's a very dry, serious Champagne, bursting with sweet berries, rose, and mango. Medium bodied, with fantastic acidity and a long finish, this is a gastronomic Champagne - perfect to pair with asian spiced duck or other game birds.
