Weingut Hirsch - 'Zobing' Riesling - 2019
Kamptal, Austria
Johannes Hirsch commands the ship here and has been recognized by critics as being a visionary and having some of the most exciting Gruner and Riesling wines in Austria. Hirsch was the first Austiran winery to go all Stelvin (screw cap) and to delay their bottling and release of their Grand Crus. All of their vineyards are biodynamic. This Riesling is grown on terraced vineyards around the village of Zobing, Kamptal, it shows ample stone fruit, citrus and flinty minerality.
As a licensed restaurant, by Ontario liquor law we are required to sell you a single food item if you purchase alcohol.
If you do not specify which food item you'd like your order will come with a bag of Miss Vickies Original chips. They're super tasty :)
